Experience the advantages of hydrotherapy, such as improved blood circulation, alleviated muscle tension, stress relief, and even enhanced sleep quality. Start with the sauna for 10-12 minutes, followed by a quick shower, then spend 8-10 minutes detoxing in the steam room, and finish with a 10-minute Jacuzzi hot water soak and hydromassage. If you dare, cool down with 45 seconds in the cold plunge pool before taking a final shower. The whole circuit takes 30 minutes, but you can customize it to your liking. Hydrotherapy is included with all treatments, and we recommend using the circuit before your service to maximize the benefits.
